Remove stems from strawberries. Add them to a highball glass, along with a lime wedge and mint sprig, then gently muddle the ingredients.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour in LeSin vodka and elderflower liqueur. Top it off with soda water, leaving enough room for a float of rosé wine, and stir gently.
Add a rosé wine float on top of the cocktail, garnish with a strawberry and mint spring, and enjoy!
