LeSin Vodka

1 oz.

Dry Vermouth

1/4 oz.

Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

1/2 oz.

Olive Juice


Dashes Celery Bitters

Large Pimento Stuffed Olives


  1. Pour amaro into a chilled martini glass. Swirl around the glass to coat the surface, then discard excess amaro.
  2. In a mixing glass, add ice, LeSin vodka, dry vermouth, olive juice, and celery bitters. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass, garnish with 2-3 olives on a pick, and enjoy!
